Becoming a member of OmnivitaDental.com is an easy choice. The membership offers significant savings on dental procedures and using the Omnivita Dental membership card is easy. This is how it works:

1 ) Becoming a member.

With two plans to choose from, the savings are incredible. Whether you’re single or a family of six, OmnivitaDental.com has the right plan for you. One offers more savings while the other provides a broader dental network of providers.

2) Find a dentist in your area.

With over 120,000 available dental practices nationwide, finding a dentist in your area is easy. Just input your zip code and see the list of dentists near you. Or, input your dentist’s name to see if they are part of the OmnivitaDental.com network.

3) Schedule an appointment with your dentist.

Call a participating dentist to set an appointment and make sure to mention your membership ID and plan information.

4) Save 20% to 60% on most dental procedures.

Depending on which discount dental plan you purchase, you can save 20% to 60% on most dental procedures. At the time of the appointment, just pay the pre-negotiated price. There is no paperwork to fill out and no limits on use. Never pay full price at the dentist office again.

The range of discounts will vary depending on the type of provider and service. The plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. Plan members are obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the discount medical plan organization. You may access a list of participating health care providers at this website. Upon request the plan will make available a written list of participating health care providers. You have the right to cancel within the first 30 days after receipt of membership materials and receive a full refund, less a nominal processing fee (nominal fee for MD residents is $5).
